These all are components to regulate your training that the coach can only calculate properly if he:
a) is equipped by the needed knowledge (formation, exchange)
b) brings along an outstanding experience (as a coach, sportsman, scientifist..)
c) MOST IMPORTANT: He is at scene (what for do you need a coach when he doesn't watch you.!?)
Also the feeling of velocity ( e.g. for competitive skaters, long distance rowers, marathon runners ) belongs to the named factors that the coach can only get to know from you when he observes you, hears your breath, watches your step, "smells your sweat"!
This coach is me !!
I am your training partner, your analyst, your interlocutor, therapist and consultant.
I measure and control the named factors and discuss it with you !
